Pink Limoncello Spritzer

4 oz Risata Pink Moscato 4 oz limoncello (we used Il Tramonto) 2 tbs lemon juice Splash of Sparkling water Lemon slices and mint for garnish |

| Instructions | Pour Risata Pink Moscato, limoncello and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker or small pitcher. Shake or stir. Pour into two glasses over ice and top off with splash of sparking water. Garnish with lemon slice and mint. |
