Prosecco

• 1/2 oz. St. Germain
• 1 mint sprig
• 4 oz. Risata Prosecco
• 1 oz. soda water
• mint sprig and lemon wheel

Add St. Germain and mint sprig into a wine glass. Gently muddle. Add ice, Risata Prosecco and soda water and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wheel

• 2 oz. Il Tramonto Limoncello
• 4 oz. Risata Prosecco
• 1 oz. soda water
• garnish with basil

Pour limoncello and Risata Prosecco in a wine glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of basil.

• 1.5 oz. light rum
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• mint leaves
• 1/4 oz. simple syrup
• 3.5 oz. Risata Prosecco

Add mint leaves to glass, along with rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Top with Risata Prosecco and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wheel.

• 2 oz. grapefruit juice
• 1 oz. lime juice
• 1/2 oz. agave nectar
• 1 oz. blanco tequila
• 3 oz. Risata Prosecco
• grapefruit slice

Pour grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar and tequila in shaker with ice. Shake. Pour in a glass over ice. Top with Risata Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit

• 1/2 cup cubed watermelon
• 1 fresh basil leaf
• 1/4 oz. lime juice
• 1/4 oz. simple syrup
• (option: 1 oz. silver tequila)
• 4 oz. Risata Prosecco

In a cocktail shaker, muddle watermelon, basil, and lime juice. Add simple syrup, ice, and optional tequila. Shake. Strain into a chilled coupe class and top off with Risata Prosecco. Garnish with more watermelon and basil.

• 1 oz. Campari
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. Risata Prosecco
• orange twist for garnish

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Campari and sweet vermouth to glass, stir. Top with Risata Prosecco. Garnish with orange twist.
