Risata Midnight Sangria
- 1 750ml bottle Risata Raven
- 2 cups washed blackberries
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 washed and sliced plums
- 2 cups washed red grapes
- 1 cup plain sparkling water or club soda
Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher. Stir gently. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, pour into glass and garnish blackberries and plums, if desired.

Raven’s Sour
- 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup (or Cinnamon Orange Syrup)
- 1.5 oz Risata Raven
Combine first 3 ingredients into a shaker, add and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with Risata Raven. Garnish with orange slice and black cherry.

- 4 oz Risata Raven
- .5 oz Il Tramonto Amaretto
- 4 dash Angostura Bitters
- Black Cherries
Combine first 3 ingredients into a shaker, add ice and strain into a brandy snifter. Garnish with black cherries and an orange peel.
