Risata Grapefruit & Sage Mimosa
4 oz. Risata Sparkling Rosé
4 oz. grapefruit juice
1.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
2 fresh sage leaves
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur and one sage leaf. Shake until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with Risata Sparkling Rosé, and garnish with grapefruit slices and remaining sage leaf.
